Who Are the Platinum Mentors?

Our Platinum Mentors are industry experts driven by a passion for guiding others. Unlike many coaching platforms, they are not full-time coaches but active professionals. This ensures mentees gain access to current, real-world insights.

PlatinYaka’s role is to help you find the right mentors, create perfect matches, and ensure quality across our platform. Our mentors maintain an average rating of 4.9/5, with less than 5% of applicants accepted as permanent Platinum Mentors.

How Effective Is the Program?

PlatinYaka doesn’t offer a preset curriculum — instead, mentors work one-on-one with mentees or team leaders to define and achieve growth goals. These goals may include:

 

  • Developing leadership competencies

  • Enhancing skills and expertise

  • Identifying growth areas and weaknesses

 

On average, PlatinYaka mentees reach their goals in half the time compared to traditional mentorship programs. A typical mentorship lasts around 4 months, during which mentees show rapid improvement in confidence, communication, and performance.

How Does Pricing Work?

All fees are displayed transparently on the platform. Comprehensive mentorship packages — including weekly sessions and ongoing chat access — range from ₺5,000 to ₺10,000 per month for top-rated mentors.

There are no hidden fees or long-term commitments, and you can also book one-time sessions if preferred.

How to Get Started

There are several ways to begin working with Platinum Mentors:

 

  • Start & Refund: PlatinYaka is fully self-service. Employees can sign up and choose a mentor immediately.

  • Credit System: Preload credits to manage mentorship budgets. Contact our sales team for bulk credit codes.

  • Team Mentorship: For teams of 10 or more, we assign a dedicated account manager to help design your program, select suitable mentors, and manage the process.
